1) What is 604-Rubbish?
We are a junk and rubbish removal company. We take away old furniture, appliances, yard waste, demolition debris and anything you want us to remove.
2) What exactly do you do?
604-Rubbish provides full-service residential and commercial junk removal and professional organizing solutions. Our innovative approach allows you to choose the services you want at a price that fits your budget.

3) What type of junk do you haul away?
We are able to take away anything that any two people can lift and place in one of our trucks.
4) I have a small couch I would like removed, will you come and remove only one item?
Yes!
5) I don't have anything I want organized, will you still come and haul away my junk?
Absolutely, this is the core of our business.
6) Why can't you give me an exact price before you arrive?
Our pricing is determined on a number of factors, including location of the junk, size, and disposal method, so it will be impossible to give you an exact quote without seeing the junk first. We will do our best to give you a base estimate depending on the information you give us over the phone. Remember you are under no obligation and work doesn't begin until price is agreed too.
When ordering space planning and organizational services, our junk consultants will come to your site and help you determine your goals and specific needs. They will then be able to give you a number of ideas and a quote. Each organization solutions is different and will be quoted "lump sum" or hourly depending on your budget and goals. In general, our solutions range from $45-$55 dollars an hour for a two man team and the typical job is 4 hours. All organizing solutions come with an hour long follow-up visit. Follow-up visits are purchased in hour durations.

8) Are you licensed?
We are fully licensed and insured.
9) Do you charge for estimates?
No! It is always FREE of charge to have someone stop by and access the situation and give you an accurate estimate.
10) How do I schedule an appointment?

11) What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque. Businesses may apply for a commercial account.
12) What equipment do you carry for your full service?
Shovels, rakes, brooms, dust pans, dolly and sometimes a wheelbarrow. We also carry a tool kit for removal of doors and dismantling small items. We do not operate machinery, power tools or use ladders.
13) What do you do with the junk you pick-up?
It mainly depends on what you want removed. We will take some items for recycling, donate usable items to charity and the rest goes to the local dump in your area.

15) Do i have to pack up and prepare my junk?
Absolutely not, part of our value added services is that we do everything for you, including packaging, hauling away and leaving the premises spotless.
16) Why do you charge?
Truck team loads your items, clean up and take them to the city dump or transfer station. We are charged at the dump just as you would be.
17) Can you do the job for me if i'm not on site?
Customers should be on site when trucks arrive. We call 15 to 30 minutes before arrival to let you know we are on the way. If you are unable to be on site, the staff reviews pricing on arrival and call you for confirmation. They accept credit cards over the phone.
